Made for How Women Actually Live. Every Single Day.
Why Salty Goddess?
It's nature.
3 in 1: Electrolytes, adaptogens, and creatine. One scoop replaces three products.
Function first: Every ingredient earns its place. The fruit flavours and delivers antioxidants. The minerals hydrate at a cellular level. The berry supports resilience and vitality.
Built for her: The first electrolyte designed around how a woman's body actually works. Not a male athlete formula with pink packaging.
Creatine: We are looking at creatine differently here, as a hydration molecule. Working more efficiently with salt and chloride, this becomes a unified collaboration that supports women's energy systems.
Nothing fake. Ever: Real ocean minerals. Real freeze-dried fruit. Real function. No artificial flavours, no fillers, no shortcuts.

What makes this Goddess so salty?
Deep cellular hydration
Real Canadian sea salt with 40+ trace minerals supports hydration at both the cellular and fluid-balance level. Combined with Creatine HCL, potassium, magnesium, and calcium this is mineralisation that goes deeper than just drinking more water.
Creatine for women
More than a gym supplement. As a hydration molecule creatine supports cellular ATP production and intracellular hydration. Emerging research suggests women may benefit uniquely from daily creatine for brain energy, lean muscle maintenance, and consistent daily vitality throughout the hormonal cycle.
Simple and strong
Support resilience with Schisandra Berry, used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years to support the body's natural resilience to physical and mental demands. Paired with Magnesium Bisglycinate and B6 P5P to support nervous system function and overall balance.
Your Cycle. Supported.
Most formulas ignore it. Goddess is built around it. A synergy of ocean minerals, adaptogens, and whole food nutrition designed to support a woman's body through every phase.
Sustained energy without stimulants
A synergy of ingredients working together to support mitochondrial ATP production and the neurotransmitter cofactors involved in mood and mental energy. Properly nourished energy. Not artificially stimulated.
Flavour That Functions
Freeze-dried pineapple, pomegranate, lemon, and dragon fruit. Not flavouring. Real whole fruit working together to create a naturally beautiful colour and tropical flavour. The antioxidants and polyphenols come with the territory — supporting skin health, radiance, and cellular protection from the inside out.
Why do women need creatine?
Creatine supports cellular ATP production and intracellular hydration benefits that apply regardless of gender. Emerging research suggests women may see unique benefits from daily creatine use, particularly around brain energy support, lean muscle maintenance, and consistent daily vitality across different phases of the hormonal cycle. Creatine HCL is used because it's more bioavailable than monohydrate no loading phase, no bloating.
How is this different from regular electrolytes?
Most electrolytes are sodium, potassium, and sugar designed for athletic hydration, primarily with male athletes in mind. Goddess includes 10 active ingredients covering hydration, adaptogenic support, cellular energy, and the micronutrients women are most commonly undersupported in: Selenium, D3, Magnesium Bisglycinate, B6 (P5P), and Calcium Citrate. One scoop does considerably more work.
Will creatine make me bulky?
No this is one of the most persistent myths in fitness. Creatine supports cellular energy and lean muscle function. Women don't produce enough testosterone for creatine to cause muscle bulk. Creatine HCL specifically doesn't carry the water retention associated with monohydrate loading. What you get is better energy, better hydration, and better recovery not size.
What is Schisandra Berry and why is it in here?
Schisandra chinensis is a five-flavour adaptogen used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2,000 years. Traditionally used to support the body's natural resilience to physical and mental demands, liver function, and whole-body vitality. It's in Goddess at 500mg a meaningful dose, not a trace ingredient because adaptogens work cumulatively and a token amount doesn't do much. The tropical flavour profile is a bonus.
Can I take this every day?
Yes daily use is the point. Creatine, Schisandra, and the vitamins in Goddess all work cumulatively. Consistent use builds your mineral baseline and lets the adaptogenic compounds do what they're meant to do over time. Think ritual, not remedy.
What does it taste like?
Tropical and slightly tart from real freeze-dried pineapple, pomegranate, dragon fruit, and apple. No artificial sweetness, no chemical aftertaste. Refreshing and genuinely easy to drink any time of day. Add maple syrup or honey if you want a little more sweetness.
