We didn't just ask people how they felt. We handed it over to Electrokare – they got together 18 runners, strapped them with their tech, and ran the whole thing. Blind study, wearable data, every session tracked. Athletes who know the difference between a good day and a great one.

Each participant ran four workout sessions – two with Salty Turbo, two with a placebo. The order was randomized. Nobody knew which was which until the analysis was done.

Electrokare Labs, an independent research and performance technology group, analyzed everything. Heart rate, HRV, pace, perceived exertion, mental focus, cramping, energy stability. All of it. The data did the talking.
