Are your products gluten free?
Yes! All Good Livin. products are gluten free. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity you're concerned about, feel free to reach out and we're happy to go over the ingredient list with you.
Can I take the capsules whole, or do I have to open them?
You can absolutely take them whole, no need to open the capsules! Both options work effectively, so it's entirely up to your preference. Some people like to empty the capsules into a smoothie or drink, but swallowing them whole works just as well.
Are your mushroom supplements safe for dogs?
Yes! Functional mushrooms like Turkey Tail, Reishi, and Lion's Mane are widely used for pet wellness. You can simply crack open a capsule and mix the contents into your dog's food. A general starting point is about 1 capsule per day for a medium-sized dog, but we recommend adjusting based on your dog's size and checking with your vet if they have any health conditions.
How many carbs are in each serving?
Our products are very low in carbs. For specific macros per serving, we recommend checking the product label or the product page on our website where full nutritional info is listed. If you can't find what you're looking for, just send us a message and we'll get you the details right away.
Are your products safe to take if I'm already on hormones or medication?
Great question. While our products are made from natural botanicals and functional mushrooms, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you're currently on prescription hormones or medications. We're happy to share our full ingredient list so you or your doctor can review before starting.
Can I take your products to support my nervous system or while coming off anxiety medication?
Many of our customers use our blends as part of a holistic approach to nervous system support. That said, if you're currently tapering off prescription medication, we strongly encourage working alongside your healthcare provider. We're happy to walk you through which products people have found most supportive, just reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can you suggest a product for a specific health condition?
While we can't offer medical advice or diagnose/treat any condition, we love helping you find the right fit based on what you're working on. Send us a message with a bit of context about your goals and we'll share which products our community has found most helpful. We're always happy to chat!
Is Viva Vagus safe if I have reactions to fermented foods?
Good question and an important one! The only fermented component in Viva Vagus is the glutamine, but it is not a traditional live-culture ferment like sauerkraut or kefir. It's a fermentation-derived ingredient, which is quite different. That said, if you have severe sensitivities, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before trying it. We're also happy to send you the full ingredient breakdown.
What's the best stack for athletic performance?
For athletic performance, Cordyceps is our top recommendation, it's been used by endurance athletes for years to support oxygen uptake and energy. Our Salty Turbo electrolyte blend is also a go-to, combining Cordyceps with creatine and a full mineral profile. If you're looking to add cognitive support or recovery, we're happy to help you build a more complete stack based on your training goals.
Should I take the blends every day or only when I need them?
It depends on the blend! Some products like our mushroom-based immune and performance blends tend to work best with consistent daily use, as the benefits build over time. Others like Shine (mood support), Salty Einstein (Productivity) and Focus can be used situationally if desired. Take them when you need that extra support: a stressful day, a hard training session, or a big meeting. That being said, the best effects usually accumulate on daily use. If you're unsure about a specific product, just ask us!
How do I follow the protocol? In what order should I take things?
Great question for anyone diving into a full stack or gut protocol! Generally speaking, we recommend taking supplements with or after food for best absorption and to avoid any stomach sensitivity. For specific timing guidance (morning vs. evening, with meals, etc.), check the bundle product page or reach out and we'll walk you through the recommended protocol for your particular products.
Where are your ingredients sourced? Where are your products made?
We're rooted right here in the Okanagan, BC, Canada. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible and prioritize quality and transparency. All of our mushrooms are grown in Canada. If you have specific questions about the origin of a particular ingredient, we're happy to share that information.
Do you offer free samples?
We don't currently have a formal sample program but stay tuned we have our individual Salty stick packs coming soon!
Ordering & Payment
Can I pay by e-transfer?
Absolutely! We accept Interac e-Transfer. Simply send payment to glivinpayments@gmail.com and it will auto-deposit. Please include your name or order number in the message so we can match it to your order. If you run into any trouble, just reach out and we'll help you get it sorted.
My payment isn't going through at checkout even though my card is working.
Sorry about the trouble! If your card is declining at checkout, try selecting "Offline Payment" at checkout to complete your order, then send us a message at connect@itsgoodlivin.com. We can send you a Square invoice or sort out payment another way. This is usually a quick fix!
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout. If you run into any issues processing payment, don't hesitate to reach out and we'll find a solution.
My discount or promo code isn't working. What do I do?
A few things to check: some codes have a minimum order value (usually $150+), and applying a discount that brings your total below $150 will also remove free shipping. Some codes are also single-use or tied to a specific product. If you've checked all of that and it's still not working, message us at connect@itsgoodlivin.com with the code you're using and we'll troubleshoot it with you right away.
What is the free shipping threshold?
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more (before taxes). Please note: if you apply a discount code that brings your order total below $150, free shipping will no longer apply.
Can I add items to an existing order?
In many cases, yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us right away at connect@itsgoodlivin.com with your order number and what you'd like to add. We'll do our best to accommodate it before it goes out the door.
I think I paid twice / I need a refund.
Please contact us at connect@itsgoodlivin.com with your order details and we'll look into it right away. If a duplicate payment occurred, we'll process a refund promptly. Refunds typically take a few business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
I sent an e-transfer but it hasn't been received. What do I do?
If your e-transfer is still showing as "pending" in your online banking, you can cancel it and resend. Log into your online banking, go to your sent e-transfers, and look for the option to cancel. Once cancelled, you can resend it to glivinpayments@gmail.com. If you're having trouble, contact us and we'll help you figure it out.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and to the United States. Please note that some of our products containing nootropic ingredients cannot be shipped to the US due to import regulations. We do not currently ship to Europe or other international destinations. If you're outside Canada or the US, feel free to reach out and we'll let you know your options.
How long does shipping take?
Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. US orders generally take about 1–2 weeks. If you need a more specific estimate for your area, feel free to reach out at connect@itsgoodlivin.com.
