Nobody warned you about this bit.
Everyone told you about the end of it. Nobody mentioned the ten years before.
3AM - Awake, and soaked.
Duvet off at two, back on at four, off again by half past. In the morning you genuinely can't tell whether you slept, and you've got a full day either way.
10AM - The word won't come.
You know the word. You've used it ten thousand times. It is simply not there, and the person across the table is waiting, and you laugh it off and it happens again on Thursday.
2PM - Flat, and it isn't the coffee.
You've had two. Neither did anything. This used to be a three o'clock problem and now it starts before lunch.
6PM - Rage over a dishwasher.
Snapping at someone you love, hearing yourself do it, and not being able to stop.
All month - Your body changed the rules.
Same food, same training, different shape. It went to the middle and it stayed there, and every single thing that used to work has stopped working.
This Year - And your period does whatever it likes.
Two weeks early. Then skipped entirely. Then back like it's making a point. And you think, oh. That's what all of it was.
“these powerful herbs have helped regulate my nervous system, my hormones and minimized overheating during sleep. feeling so much more competent and capable.”
Kate P. · Wise Woman 40+ Bundle
Most of what gets offered to women at this stage is either a prescription or a shrug. This is neither, and it doesn't pretend to replace the first one. It's one bundle, two in the morning and one in the afternoon, built to support your nervous system, your minerals and the rhythm you're in now rather than the one you had at thirty. Every day, for a full four weeks, because that's the shortest honest timeframe to judge any of it on.
The Difference
Everyone else ships a thirty-day tub, because that's how a calendar works.
You never ran on a calendar, and right now you're not running on much of a schedule at all. So all three run out on the same morning, twenty-eight days from now. Four weeks. One clean unit you can actually judge something by.
If you're still cycling, that's roughly a cycle. If yours has gone irregular, or gone altogether, it's still four weeks, and four weeks is still the honest place to start counting from.
Formulated by women, for women. Not a men's formula with the dose halved and the label turned pink.
Minerals, maitake and creatine in water. Hydration built for hormone health.
The one the bundle is named after. Ten herbs, chosen for this exact stretch of life.
The afternoon one. Stress support, and an attitude adjustment in a bottle.
Twenty-eight days is the first month. The women who say it changed something are the ones who gave it three.

Six months on, four weeks off. That's the traditional rhythm for black cohosh and dong quai, and it's the one Health Canada holds herbal formulas to. Six months of Wise Woman, four weeks off, then straight back on.Cycling on and off is how plant medicine has always been used, and it's part of why these herbs keep working instead of quietly fading out on you. Better you plan that month than stumble into it. Salty Goddess and Shine carry straight on through.
“Hydrating! Creatine! No bloat! No ‘natural flavours’! I LOVE IT.”
Em · Salty Goddess
If anyone's promising you results in a week, what are they even selling you?
This is what women tell us, month by month. Not a promise, a pattern. Bodies keep their own time and yours will do what it does.
Month 01 - You start staying asleep.
Sleep is almost always the first thing to move, and at this stage it's the thing most worth having back. Fewer wake-ups. Less of that three in the morning, wide-eyed, heart going. You'll also finally be drinking enough water, which is not nothing when everything else is dry too.
Month 02 - The fog starts to lift.
Words come back. You walk into the room and remember why you went in. The two o'clock flatness stops eating the whole afternoon, and the rage over the dishwasher gets a bit more proportionate. Your people usually notice before you do.
Month 03 - You feel like yourself again.
Not thirty again. Yourself. Shatavari, black cohosh and the traditional herbs in Wise Woman build cumulatively, which is a polite way of saying they don't do much on the first Tuesday and quite a lot by the third month.
That's why the plan is three months. Not because we want you locked in, but because one month isn't a fair test and you'd be right to conclude nothing happened.
“I've been using Shine for about a month and PMS symptoms are way less intense. No more sobbing over random commercials or biting my partner's head off for breathing weird. Feeling grounded and way more chill.”
Jules R. · Shine

Not for you if you're pregnant, trying, or breastfeeding. Black cohosh, dong quai and ashwagandha aren't for any of those. This one's not a maybe.
Ask your oncologist first if you've had a hormone-sensitive cancer, or if you're on tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor. Black cohosh and dong quai are the two to ask about by name. Take this page with you.
Talk to your practitioner first if you have a liver condition, take thyroid medication, or are on a blood thinner. Black cohosh carries a liver caution, the ashwagandha in Shine can interact with thyroid meds, and dong quai can affect clotting.
If you're on HRT or any prescribed hormone, keep taking it. Nothing here replaces it, nothing here is a reason to stop it, and plenty of women take both. Tell your prescriber you've added this.
And if the bleeding is heavy, if it turns up after twelve clear months, or if anything changed fast, go and get it looked at. Those point at things a supplement doesn't touch. We'd much rather you found out.
From the women already on it.
4.9 ★★★★★ from 44 reviews across the three blends in this bundle
“This fits into my supplement stack perfectly! I've noticed less hot flashes and brain fog ever since starting this supplement! I love the brand and the people behind it! This is a must for any peri meno ladies!”
Lauralee V. · Wise Woman
“I'm finally sleeping better—deep, restful sleep—and waking up actually feeling refreshed. My postmenopausal brain fog has also lifted noticeably, which has made such a difference day-to-day.”
Tamara L. · Wise Woman, Shine and Salty Einstein
“I've been in that burnt-out, pushing-through mode for months. Shine helped me feel like I can actually breathe again. Not dramatic, just steady energy and way less stress-reactivity.”
Marina M. · Shine
Every review here is real and unedited, straight from our Judge.me reviews. Tamara's is her first paragraph only; the rest is about something unrelated to this bundle. Each one is also a single woman's experience. Individual results vary, and nothing on this page is a promise that your next three months will look like hers.
The things people ask.
How long until I notice anything?
Sooner than you'd think, and later than you'd like.
Some women clock the small stuff in the first week or two. Sleep goes a bit deeper. The edge comes off the mood. And that properly hydrated feeling, the one where you're not running on coffee and fumes by two in the afternoon, starts turning up on its own.
The bigger shifts take a full month. The ones actually worth waiting for take three. So give it 28 days before you decide anything, and three months before you decide for good.
Can I take this if I'm on HRT?
Plenty of women do, and this isn't a substitute for it. Nothing on this page is a reason to reduce or stop a prescribed hormone.
What we'd ask is that you tell your prescriber you've added it, and that you name black cohosh and dong quai when you do. They're the two in here with anything to say about hormones, and your prescriber is the one who should weigh that against what you're already on.
If you've had a hormone-sensitive cancer, or you're on tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor, that's an oncologist conversation before you start rather than after.
When do I take them?
Salty Goddess and Wise Woman go together in the morning. Shine lands best in the afternoon, when the day starts to slide.
Awake at 3am with a brain that won't quit? Take two more Shine. It's the one built to talk your nervous system back down.
A week that's turned spicy? Double up on the Shine for those few days. That is exactly what it's there for.
Both of those are for the weeks that need it, not every day of the month. Doubling Shine takes you to 800mg of ashwagandha, so if you take thyroid medication or have a liver condition, run it past your practitioner first.
Do I take a break?
Yes, and it's a good one to know about.
Six months on, four weeks off. That's the traditional rhythm for black cohosh and dong quai, and the one Health Canada holds herbal formulas to. Cycling on and off is how these plants have always been used, and it's a big part of why they keep working.
Salty Goddess and Shine have no such limit, so keep those going through the four weeks if you like.
Will this help my hot flashes?
We can't tell you that, and anyone who does is guessing at your body from the internet.
What we can tell you is what's in it and why. Black cohosh and dong quai are the two herbs traditional systems reached for at this stage, and they're both in Wise Woman at traditional doses. Rhodiola is in there for the flat afternoons. Reishi and lion's mane are in there for the nervous system and the fog.
Whether that changes your week is a question only your next three months can answer, which is exactly why the plan is three months and not one.
If your symptoms are severe, or getting worse, that's a conversation for your doctor rather than a supplement. Menopausal hormone therapy exists and it works for a lot of women. This isn't an argument against it.
Isn't creatine a young gym thing?
It used to be marketed that way. The research on women over forty has been going the other direction for a while now, on muscle, on bone and on cognition, which is why there's creatine in Salty Goddess and not just electrolytes.
It's creatine HCL, the more soluble form, which is the reason it doesn't sit heavy the way creatine monohydrate can. There's no maltodextrin in it, no stevia, no monk fruit and no natural flavours.
What if it doesn't work?
