You know the one.
It runs to a schedule, and the schedule is not yours.
3AM - Wide awake. Heart going.
In bed by ten, tired to your bones, and up at three staring at the ceiling like you'd just remembered something important and then forgot it again.
7AM - Coffee. No breakfast.
Black coffee on an empty stomach and nothing solid until noon. Not a plan, not a diet. You just weren't hungry, and then you were busy, and then it was one o'clock.
2PM - Flat. Nothing in the tank.
Wired all night, wiped by the afternoon. The coffee stopped helping a while ago and you know it.
6PM - Feral over a dishwasher.
Snapping at someone you love, hearing yourself do it, and not being able to stop.
All Month - Puffy, bloated, and over it.
You train. You eat well. Your jeans still don't do what they did, your face looks softer than it should by Thursday, and none of it seems to care how hard you're trying.
Day 1 - Then your period turns up.
And you think, oh. That's what that was. And then it happens again next month.
“My mood was all over the place and I felt very internally chaotic. Now I can think clearly, manage my symptoms and I feel more rooted and supported during my cycle stages.”
Amanda D. · Wild Woman Bundle
Most of what gets sold to women for this is either a hormone or a nap you don't have time for. This is neither. It's one bundle, two in the morning and one in the afternoon, built to support your nervous system, your minerals and your monthly rhythm. Every day, for a full cycle, because that's the shortest honest timeframe to judge any of it on.
The Difference
Everyone else ships a thirty-day tub, because that's how a calendar works.
You don't run on a calendar. All three run out on the same morning, twenty-eight days from now. Which is roughly one cycle.
That wasn't a marketing decision. It's just how long a cycle is.
Formulated by women, for women. Dosed to a cycle length, not a calendar month, because the people who built it run on one too.
Minerals, maitake and creatine in water. Hydration built for hormone health.
The one the bundle is named after. Built around your monthly rhythm.
The afternoon one. Stress support, and an attitude adjustment in a bottle.
This one is changing women's weeks. Twenty-eight days is one cycle, and that's where it starts.

Three products, one routine.
Not a shelf of things to choose between. One routine, in three parts, that takes about a minute.
Salty Goddess
Hydration built for hormone health.
- Canadian Maitake. Supports metabolic function and hormone health.
- Creatine HCL. Non-bloating, for cognitive support and hormone health.
- Canadian Sea Salt. From Vancouver Island, with 40 trace minerals.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate. For the nervous system.
- NO NATURAL FLAVOUR
- NO STEVIA
- NO MONK FRUIT
Wild Woman
Reclaim. Rewild. Restore.
- Shatavari 200mg. Used in Ayurveda for centuries to support women's monthly rhythm.
- Motherwort 200mg. A European herbal tradition, for the same reason.
- Reishi 300mg. The calm one. Evening-shaped, even in the morning.
- Nettle, Milk Thistle, Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha. The supporting cast.
- 8 actives
- 56 capsules
- 28 day supply
Shine
Stress support. Attitude adjustment in a bottle.
- Ashwagandha 400mg. The adaptogen doing the heavy lifting on a hard week.
- Lion's Mane 300mg. For the days your brain feels like soup.
- Cordyceps militaris 300mg. Steady energy, not a spike.
- Holy Basil 20mg. Traditionally used to help the body handle stress.
- 5 actives
- 56 capsules
- 28 day supply
Shine and Wild Woman both carry ashwagandha, and that's on purpose. It's the ingredient doing the most work on a hard week, so it shows up twice, coming at the same thing from two angles. Together that's 600mg a day. Worth knowing, so you can take it to your practitioner if you're on anything else.
“Hydrating! Creatine! No bloat! No ‘natural flavours’! I LOVE IT.”

If anyone's promising you results in a week, what are they even selling you?
This is what women tell us, cycle by cycle. Not a promise, a pattern. Bodies keep their own time and yours will do what it does.
Cycle 01 - You start sleeping better.
Sleep is almost always the first thing to move. You get to three in the morning and stay under. You wake up before the alarm instead of two hours before it. You'll also finally be drinking enough water, which is not nothing.
Cycle 02 - PMS starts to chill.
The week before stops running the show. You're still tired on the tired days, but you're not furious about being tired. Fewer things make you cry at an advert. Your people notice before you do.
Cycle 03 - The puffiness settles, and you feel like yourself again.
The bloating quietens down. Your face looks like your face by Thursday. Shatavari and the traditional herbs in Wild Woman build cumulatively, which is a polite way of saying they don't do much on the first Tuesday and quite a lot by the third month.
That's why the plan is three cycles. Not because we want you locked in, but because one cycle isn't a fair test and you'd be right to conclude nothing happened.
“I've been using Shine for about a month and PMS symptoms are way less intense. No more sobbing over random commercials or biting my partner's head off for breathing weird. Feeling grounded and way more chill.”

Not for you right now if you're pregnant, trying, or breastfeeding. Black cohosh, motherwort and ashwagandha aren't for any of those. This one's not a maybe.
Talk to your practitioner first if you take thyroid medication, any hormone your doctor prescribed, or have a liver condition. Ashwagandha can interact with thyroid meds, and black cohosh carries a liver caution.
If you're already on prescribed progesterone or another hormone, keep taking it. Nothing here replaces it and nothing on this page is a reason to stop.
And if the 3am waking, the hair loss or the weight change came on fast or feels extreme, please go get bloods done. Those can point at things a supplement doesn't touch. We'd rather you found out.
From the women already on it.

“This has been a game changer for my hydration and energy. I start every morning with Salty Goddess. Skipping it is not an option! You will not regret adding this to your life!”

“I've been in that burnt-out, pushing-through mode for months. Shine helped me feel like I can actually breathe again. Not dramatic, just steady energy and way less stress-reactivity.”
Marina M. · Shine
“Last year for the first time, I experienced hormonal acne along my jaw and neck & within three months of consistently taking wild woman my skin started to change! Fast forward to now it's all cleared up and I just have the odd normal breakout once in a while.”

Every review here is real and unedited, straight from our Judge.me reviews. Each one is also a single woman's experience. Individual results vary, and nothing on this page is a promise that your cycle will look like hers.
The things people ask.
How long until I notice anything?
Sooner than you'd think, and later than you'd like.
Some women clock the small stuff in the first week or two. Sleep goes a bit deeper. The mood swings lose their edge. And that properly hydrated feeling, the one where you're not running on coffee and fumes by two in the afternoon, starts turning up on its own.
The bigger shifts take a full cycle. The ones actually worth waiting for take three. So give it 28 days before you decide anything, and three cycles before you decide for good.
When do I take them?
Salty Goddess and Wild Woman go together in the morning. Shine lands best in the afternoon, when the day starts to slide.
Awake at 3am with a brain that won't quit? Take two more Shine. It's the one built to talk your nervous system back down.
PMS week? Double up on the Shine for those few days. That is exactly what it's there for.
Both of those are for the weeks that need it, not every day of the month. And if you take thyroid medication or have a liver condition, run it past your practitioner first.
Do I take a break?
Yes. Six months on, four weeks off. That's how these herbs are meant to be taken.
Will this help my PMS?
We can't tell you that, and anyone who does is guessing at your body from the internet.
What we can tell you is what the bundle is built to do: support your nervous system, your minerals and your monthly rhythm, every day, for a full cycle. Whether that changes your week is a question only your next three cycles can answer, which is exactly why the plan is three cycles and not one.
What we will say: when the week turns spicy, double up on the Shine for those few days. The ladies call that one an attitude adjustment in a bottle, and they didn't get the name from us.
If your symptoms are severe, or getting worse, that's a conversation for your doctor rather than a supplement.
Will it bloat me?
The creatine in Salty Goddess is creatine HCL, which is the more soluble form and the reason it doesn't sit heavy the way creatine monohydrate can. There's no maltodextrin in it, no stevia, no monk fruit and no natural flavours.
What if it doesn't work?
30 day returns. Email us and we'll sort it out.
