Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Good Livin. (1579762 B.C. Ltd, "we", "us") collects, uses and shares consumer health data. It is written for residents of Washington State under the My Health My Data Act, and for residents of Nevada and other states with similar laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, this policy applies to consumer health data.

What consumer health data we collect

  • Cycle Tracker app. The email address you use to sign in, linked to your Cycle Tracker purchase, and your plan status. If you turn on cycle alerts, we also keep your device's push address, your time zone, your chosen alert hour and the dates you asked to be alerted on. Those dates can show when an upcoming phase or period is expected.
  • Purchases. Your order history, which can show which products you bought, such as the Cycle Tracker or products made for women.

Everything you log in the Cycle Tracker app, including period dates, symptoms, moods, notes and anything you ask the in-app coach, stays on your phone. We never receive it.

Why we collect it

  • To sign you in to the Cycle Tracker and confirm your plan.
  • To send the cycle alerts you asked for.
  • To process, ship and support your orders.

We do not use your Cycle Tracker sign-in activity or alert dates for marketing or advertising.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, and from your Shopify order.

Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with service providers that process it for us, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, sign-in and alert servers for the Cycle Tracker.
  • Shopify: orders and plan status.
  • Klaviyo: sending your sign-in code emails.
  • The push service run by your device or browser maker, such as Apple, Google, Microsoft or Mozilla, which delivers alerts to your device.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it.
  • Give you a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and how to reach them.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop collecting it, or withdraw your consent.

To make a request, email jaye@itsgoodlivin.com with "Consumer health data" in the subject. We may need to confirm it's you before we act. We will respond within 45 days. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our systems and ask our service providers to do the same. We may keep order records that the law requires us to keep.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General, including the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
