1. Sponsor
This contest (the "Contest") is run by Good Livin' ("Sponsor"), Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Questions: connect@itsgoodlivin.com.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on September 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) and closes on January 14, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Enter during the Contest Period by visiting itsgoodlivin.com/pages/win-a-year (directly, through the website pop-up, or by scanning the QR code on a Good Livin' brochure), then submitting your name, email address and your top three (3) Good Livin' products. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, or entries using multiple email addresses, will be disqualified. No purchase is required, and entry is free.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is available: a year of Good Livin'. The winner will receive one (1) of the three (3) products they selected on their entry form, chosen by Sponsor, delivered in four (4) shipments, one every three (3) months over twelve (12) months, with each shipment containing a three-month supply. Shipping to a Canadian address is included. Approximate retail value: between $540 and $780 CAD, depending on the product. The prize must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitutions are allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a product of equal or greater value if a selected product becomes unavailable.
6. Draw
On January 15, 2027, in Kelowna, British Columbia, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question
The selected entrant will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the draw. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must (a) correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and (b) sign and return a declaration and release confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules, and releasing Sponsor from liability in connection with the Contest and prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or fails to return the signed release, they will be disqualified and another entrant may be drawn.
8. Use of Personal Information
By entering, you consent to Sponsor collecting and using your name, email address and product selections to run the Contest and to send you marketing emails from Good Livin'. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor will not sell your information. The winner agrees that their first name and city may be announced publicly.
9. General
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if it cannot be run as planned, subject to any required approval. Decisions of Sponsor regarding the Contest are final. The Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or any other social platform.
