If you're not satisfied or experiencing positive effects within 30 days, we'll work with you to find the right product free of charge.

  • What product you tried
  • What you were hoping to address
  • What you experienced (or didn't experience)

Step 2: We Listen & Recommend
Our team will review your goals and symptoms to identify what might work better for you. Sometimes it's a different formula. Sometimes it's a combination. Sometimes it's adjusting timing or dosage.

Step 3: We Send a Replacement Free
We'll send you the recommended product at no charge (you only cover shipping costs). Because we're committed to helping you find what works not just making a sale.

  • All product purchases within 30 days of delivery
  • One-time purchases and first subscription orders
  • Opened or partially used products (we need you to actually try them!)

What We Replace:

  • We'll send you a different product recommendation based on your feedback
  • Equal or lesser value to your original purchase
  • Shipped at no additional product cost (shipping fees apply)

Not Eligible:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Subscription orders after the first shipment (but you can cancel anytime)
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Requests without consultation (we need to understand what's going on to help you)

WHEN YOU MIGHT NEED A REFUND INSTEAD

We get it sometimes you just want your money back. We honor that too.

Full refunds available for:

  • Damaged or defective products → Contact us immediately with photos
  • Wrong item shipped → Our mistake, full refund or replacement
  • Adverse reactions or health concerns → Stop use immediately, consult your doctor, contact us for a full refund
  • You simply don't want to continue → If you'd prefer a refund over trying a different product, just let us know

Refund Process:
Email connect@itsgoodlivin.com with your order number and reason. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days (minus shipping costs unless we made an error).


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

First Order:
Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day product guarantee.

Ongoing Subscriptions:
Subsequent shipments are not eligible for exchange or refund, but you can:

  • Cancel your subscription anytime (no penalties)
  • Skip or delay shipments
  • Swap products in your subscription
  • Adjust frequency

To Cancel or Modify:
Log into your account or email connect@itsgoodlivin.com.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or expired product:

  • Contact us immediately at connect@itsgoodlivin.com
  • Include photos of the issue (if possible)
  • We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund—your choice

This applies regardless of the 30-day window.


WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

If we sent you the wrong product:

  • Contact us at connect@itsgoodlivin.com
  • We'll send the correct product immediately at no charge
  • Full refund available if you prefer
  • Keep the incorrect item (our mistake, not yours)

SHIPPING COSTS

Product Exchanges:
You cover shipping costs for replacement products sent under our 30-day guarantee. We cover the product cost.

Our Errors:
If we shipped a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover all shipping costs.

Refunds:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Product Guarantee:
International orders are eligible for our 30-day product guarantee.

Shipping Considerations:
International shipping costs for replacement products are higher. We'll discuss options with you to find the most cost-effective solution.

Customs & Duties:
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

After 30 Days:
If you experience an issue after 30 days due to product quality or a delayed reaction, contact us. We'll review on a case-by-case basis.

Medical Concerns:
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use immediately and consult your healthcare provider. Contact us for support and we'll work with you on next steps.

We trust our customers and honor this guarantee in good faith. We reserve the right to limit exchanges in cases of suspected abuse.
